What: Fat Blaster Bootcamp is designed to give you the best of both worlds: an amazing fat torching workout just in time for summer for a fraction of the cost of traditional personal training services. The TrainerDivas will guide you through an hour long strength and cardio workout focusing on all major muscle groups. The types of exercises will vary but you can expect circuit training, cardio drills, full body integration and much more. No matter what your level of physical fitness, the TrainerDivas will make sure you burn the most fat while having the most fun possible, without injury.
