We know planning a wedding can be stressful. That’s why we travel to you and provide all the equipment to get an amazing workout. Train solo or with your bridesmaids in the privacy of your own home and see amazing results with our training and nutrition regiment. TrainerDiva takes the stress out of working out and gives you proven results. Our one-hour Bridal Bootcamp sessions include weight training, cardio drills, circuit training, body resistance exercises and Yoga stretching. The TrainerDiva trainers will challenge you each session ensuring your body continuously burns calories, even after your workout!
I started training with TrainerDiva in June 2012 to tone up and get in shape for my November 2012 wedding. I had the pleasure of working with a few of the trainers on staff, and they all did an awesome job keeping me motivated and determined to reach my goals! Valerie started training with Megan Achey in February 2013 to prepare for her wedding at the end of June 2013. Her goal was to lose a few pounds and to tone up the areas that would be highlighted in her dress. Since Valerie didn’t have a lot of experience with personal training, we began with the basics and worked our way up to more advanced training sessions. Valerie reached her goal weight within the first two and a half months of training. From that point forward, we began to focus mainly on her arms, chest and upper back; as her dress was a lovely corset-style strapless. Overall, she lost 8 lbs. and 7 ½ inches. Valerie was wise to start her training several months before her wedding day because it allowed the process to be stress-free and enjoyable. Good luck Valerie!
