What do I get with TrainerDiva In-Home Personal Training?
- Weekly Personal Training Sessions– You'll receive trainer instructed one hour in-home workouts on a weekly basis that will constantly drive you towards your IDEAL BODY as FAST as possible. We make sure your workouts are FUN and EFFECTIVE. You're actually going to LOOK FORWARD to working out for once!
- Motivation– Your trainer will motivate you every step of the way so that reaching your fitness goals will be EASY (without this motivation, it is extremely difficult for most people to get in shape).
- Instruction– We will show you EXACTLY how to do each exercise SAFELY and CORRECTLY (you won't be one of the millions of people wasting their time using ineffective and dangerous form).
- Support– We will give you mental, physical, emotion AND email support which is CRUCIAL in making consistent progress. (When most people start an exercise program, they quit within 60 days. We're here to make sure this DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU.)
- Accountability– It's hard to ignore your training session when we're knocking on your front door! We show up AT YOUR DOORSTEP with your equipment AND your workout ready to go.
- Nutritional Guidance– You'll learn about which foods you should be eating and which foods to avoid. (It's probably NOT the foods you think, and if you're like most people, you've probably had one of these "foods to avoid at all costs" within the last 8 hours.)
- Grocery Store Consultations– Confused about what you should be eating? (AREN'T WE ALL?) Your TrainerDiva trainer will accompany you to the grocery store of your choice and help you make the best food choices for your metabolic type.
- Free Trial Session– Not sure you're ready to CHANGE YOUR LIFE for the better? No problem. Your first session includes one fitness assessment, goal setting session and 45 minutes of training AT NO COST or obligation to you.
- Progress Tracking– Want to see how RAPIDLY your body is changing? Our monthly body fat percentage tracking will help you do just that.
- Train Solo or with Friends– We know that everyone has different preferences which is why we give you the option to train with your friends. (What's better than a little friendly competition to help you reach your GOALS FAST?)
