Quick Training Tip! Be sure to complete each exercise with a minimum of 12 repetitions. (If you're an advanced Diva, try at least 15 reps.) Complete each exercise in a circuit fashion and repeat the circuit at least 3 more times. Remember, try not to rest too long in between exercises (2 minutes max.) If you keep moving from one exercise to the next, this will burn more fat and get you runway ready faster!
