Great workout video. Just don't think I can do jump squat and lunge exercise. Will try it though.
Hi Bobbie! If you can't do the Burpee exercise, just practice coming down into a high plank then bringing one leg at a time behind you. This will help you strengthen your core and shoulder stabilizer muscles.
