This means in order to lose fat, you need to put down the Barbie weights and start lifting weights that are actually challenging to you!

Don't know where to start safely? Try 15 repetitions of a bicep curl with 5 lb. dumbbells. If you can breeze right through your set, it's time to start lifting with your 8 lb. dumbbells and so on.

Bottom line: Stop wasting your time with weights that are too light for you. You'll thank us later.
