 4.) Soccer (competitive game)
 5.) Running (9 min. mile)
 6.) Swimming (butterfly, freestyle, or breaststroke)
 7.) Step aerobics (with 10-12 inch step)
 8.) Martial arts (karate or kickboxing)
 9.) Stationary Bike (200 watts)
