cardio dance workout (60 minutes)
A fun, dance-based class that will get your heart pumping and your spirits lifted. This low-impact workout will develop lower body strength, flexibility, and uninhibited confidence. Incorporating sequences from jazz, and modern dance, expect a dancer’s warm up, then up-beat moves fit for all levels.
yoga & pilates inspired workout (60 minutes)
Develop strength, endurance, flexibility, and range of motion through this Yoga and Pilates inspired barefoot cardio flow workout. Release tension and liberate your mind with our focused mediation at the end of class.
core focused workout (30 minutes)
The strength of our limbs is limited by the strength of our core. Through the use of simple body weight movements and resistance integration, our core class will help you develop a solid foundation, and of course, a sculpted center.
stretch & strength workout (30 minutes)
Stay long and lean with our 30 minute proper stretching and strengthening workout that will lengthen your muscles and increase your endurance. New exerciser? This is the class for you.

Carve a m asterpiece out of your body by integrating traditional resistance training with yoga, circuit training and various forms of functional training. Torch fat with bursts of cardio and strength conditioning.

Ballet Strength is a conditioning class for sculpting long, lean muscles and strength down to your toes. Elongate, strengthen, flow, and breathe. Unleash your inner ballerina with former Pennsylvania Ballet dancer, Elena Ciccotelli.
Yoga: strength & flexibility workout (60 minutes)
Fusing traditional vinyasa methodology with contemporary dynamic flow, this uplifting yoga practice integrates breath and movement, inner and outer alignment, strength and flexibility accompanied by steady rhythmic tunes. Our open classes appeal to students of all levels.
Midday Express: full body workout (30 minutes)
Our Midday Express class was designed with the professional woman in mind. Get a great full body stretch and strengthening workout during your lunch break, without a full on “sweat-fest” and return to your day with re-energized focus and clarity.
